Our approach encourages people to look at challenges from a whole-school perspective, recognising the connection between operational decisions and educational outcomes.
Liz Worthen brings more than 25 years’ experience across teaching, programme development, publishing and senior leadership in education. This gives her both an understanding of day-to-day school life and a wider system perspective.
