The headline from Parentkind’s ‘School Complaints Report 2025’ sounds startling: five million parental complaints in the last year. However, what also comes through from survey results is that most parents believe their child’s school has respect for parents and find staff approachable. They trust teachers to act in the best interest of their child. However, they are not intimidated when it comes to expressing concerns or complaints.
